Episode 6 discusses both training programs and information on improving your presentation skills. Topics include suggested courses you can offer that build your engagement culture. As you build your training programs, keep in mind that the content will need to be refreshed at least annually. This keeps your content current, references updated and uses the latest images and visuals. You can also incorporate the feedback you receive from your educational surveys. Your educational programs should provide training that supports an employee’s effectiveness in their current role as well as skill development for their future roles.
