In episode 10, I discuss how my personal experiences shaped the way I approach culture building. I never considered myself an extrovert—it was simply a matter of necessity due to teaching desktop applications to new students every day for three years, hosting a live event in front of 2,000 people and delivering virtual e-learning training to over 3,000 people from six countries. I needed to support my family and that’s what the job required.
